Company Overview:

                  Ocean Elements Salt Spa & Float Center is the Premier Wellness Center on the Eastern Shore of Maryland & Delaware. With a great vision behind the CEO, Jeanne Mills, who has 20+ years of experience in the health & wellness industry, recently launched a beautifully designed, brand new facility in Ocean City, MD. This float center is fully equipped with 3 Sensory Deprivation Tanks, a Full Salt Cave, and a float room with space for retreats, community conversations, and Massage Therapists.

 

Introduction/Problem:

                  “We were stuck in 1995”, Jeanne said of her first website and design for the company. At the time we first connected this team had a beautiful concept, a beautiful new facility in the works but an online presence that was nothing pretty to look at, buggy, slow, very low conversions on the actual site, and minimal social engagement and interaction on Facebook & Instagram.

Solution:

·       “Digital Plumbing” audit to establish credibility and build social proof across all relevant online platforms – including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

·       Establish the business’ Value Ladder – an incrementally progressive series of products/services, escalating from no cost all the way to high-ticket offers, designed to be plugged into a digital sales funnel

·       Build an automated, end-to-end digital sales funnel to walk cold traffic up the Value Ladder (click by click) by engaging viewers with free content, resulting in their conversion into paying and repeat customers

·       Create content intended for paid advertising campaigns, as well as individual product promotion
